MSW Internships & LLMSW Supervision

A supportive training space for developing social workers who want to grow with clarity, confidence, and care. Our practice offers MSW internship opportunities and LLMSW supervision designed to help emerging clinicians strengthen their clinical voice, deepen their skills, and feel supported as they step into the work.

MSW Internship Opportunities

Our MSW internship program is designed for students who are looking for a thoughtful, hands-on learning experience in a private practice setting. Interns have the opportunity to develop clinical skills, learn documentation and ethical decision-making, observe the flow of outpatient therapy work, and receive supportive guidance as they grow into their professional identity.

This placement may be a good fit for students interested in:

  • Individual therapy and integrated behavioral health

  • Trauma-informed and relational care

  • Mental health and substance use treatment

  • Working with teens and adults

  • Private practice systems and operations

  • Case conceptualization and clinical documentation

  • Identity development as a clinician

  • Group therapy development and psychoeducation

  • Culturally responsive and client-centered care

LLMSW Supervision

We approach supervision in the same way we approach therapy- relationally, thoughtfully, and collaboratively.

LLMSW clinicians and interns receive support through both individual and group supervision formats designed to encourage reflection, skill-building, ethical growth, and professional confidence.

  • Regular individual supervision and case consultation

  • Collaborative group supervision discussions

  • Review of treatment planning and clinical documentation

  • Support navigating client challenges and therapeutic relationships

  • Space for reflection, questions, uncertainty, and growth edges

  • Practical guidance for independent clinical work and licensure preparation

  • Ongoing conversations around self-care, boundaries, and sustainability in the field

This is a learning environment where curiosity, reflection, and growth are welcomed.
